Rewards specialist

For our well-established customer operating within CE Region we are looking for Interim Rewards Specialist.

Agenda/scope of the project:

· Execution of Job positions evaluation (grading)

· Setup of Compensation policy, benchmarking, Compensation policy document preparation

· Revision of internal employee groups policy (bands)

· Revision of bonuses for managers group

· Preparation of Variable pay (incentives) policy for retail staff

· Description of benefits across the company legal entities

· Revision of Compensation and Benefits processes

· Preparation for 2019 salary review

Required:

· English at level B2 at minimum – for communication across 5 countries

· Good knowledge of MS Office (mainly MS Excel)

· Hay methodology as an advantage

· Results and Detail orientation, Communication skills, Negotiation skills
