For a well-established German company operating in a highly automated, international manufacturing environment within the automotive supply chain, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager to support complex customer projects from initial order intake through to series production.

Your Responsibilities
-
Manage complex projects from order intake through execution to final handover to international production site
-
Lead and coordinate international, cross-functional project teams
-
Act as the main point of contact for customers on all project-related topics
-
Monitor and control project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
-
Ensure adherence to project budgets and financial targets
-
Provide regular project reporting to senior management
-
Coordinate and resolve all project-related issues and risks
-
Handover completed projects to the manufacturing plant, including obtaining customer approvals
Your Profile
-
Proven experience in project management with international teams and customers – preferably Plastics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable technical field
-
Experience in the automotive supplier industry and stamping technology is an advantage
-
Strong technical understanding and hands-on mentality
-
Very good command of English, both written and spoken, German is welcome

High level of flexibility, resilience, and teamwork skills
-
Strong communication skills and a structured, independent, and results-oriented working style
-
High service orientation combined with an entrepreneurial mindset and Willing to travel
