You will be responsible for creating architecture designs and related documents, discussing it with local architects as well as in related internal governance boards to meet all regulations in finance sector
You will be co-responsible for defining internal service description and related documents like RACI and onboarding materials
You will be proactively distributing information about news in Office 365 to the Operations support team as well as to local entities
You will be analyzing technical and process steps of current way of working and propose their optimizations (continuous service improvements).
You will collaborate with DSE experts from Microsoft to review if best practices are applied
What do we require?
Unified communications expertise and experience in Skype for Business and / or Microsoft Teams area as a must
Microsoft 365 expertise and experience
Service / Product customer oriented person
Agile mindset, JIRA, ITIL or SAFe knowledge is an advantage
Ability to learn new skills and technologies
3+ years’ experience with architecture/design of Office 365 (on-premise collaboration services are advantage)
Knowledge and experience in designing migration projects from on-premise to cloud
Communication skills and stress tolerant
Being flexible, ability to travel
What are the responsibilities?
Fulfil daily operational tasks related to Microsoft 365 services
Resolve Incidents escalated from 2nd level local entities
Implement release changes and fulfil catalogue tasks on L3
Attend Agile and operational meetings across virtual teams
Improve personal knowledge related to MS Office 365 services
Preparing service design / architectures covering requirements of multiple domains
Onboarding and migration projects from unified communication perspective
