What will your job responsibilities include?
• Managing facility maintenance, monitoring and coordinating regular maintenance, and planning the long-term development of technologies.
• Planning and monitoring the budget for maintenance, repairs, and operations.Implementing safety measures and crisis management plans for our buildings and surroundings.
• Collaborating with the team to ensure safety at every step.
• Participating in monitoring energy consumption and implementing measures to reduce costs and ecological impact.
• Coordinating activities with external suppliers and managing contractual relationships.
What the position requires:
• Experience in a similar role – managing and maintaining properties in a production environment.
• Managerial experience and communication skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English for dealing with international management.
