What you’ll be doing:

As our Programmatic Country Manager – you will be responsible for the strategic development, management and growth of strategic relationships with digital media providers across the Bulgarian market.

Establish relationships, lead account Management, meet clients, educate them on the company’s Programmatic offering and maximising revenue opportunities.

Obtain all necessary technical support from R2B2 in order to lead all facets of the sales cycle: research the market place, on-board, present, negotiate, train, optimise campaigns and bring on new business.

Collaborate with the team to plan and carry through on the execution of the deals.

The key is to help optimize client´s on-line advertising income.
What you’ll bring:

1+ years of (programmatic) sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals (publisher side a plus).

It is essential that you have a good network of contacts within publishers.

Have experience with brands and agencies, technology platforms, as well as a good understanding of advertising products and related technologies and vendor trends.

Solid understanding of the digital media and ad tech landscape

Strong analytical skills and the ability to recognise business opportunities

You are client facing, highly target driven with strong communications and presentation skills.

Self-motivated, passionate and an enthusiastic, contributing team member, with the ability to work independently with management, guidance and supervision and technical support. Self-starter & quick learner.

Fluent English and Bulgarian is a must.
