Your Responsibilities:
-
Full responsibility for project management from development to series launch
-
Daily communication with customers and suppliers
-
Preparation of reports and presentations for both customer and internal use
-
Team coordination and leadership of internal project members
-
Problem-solving and implementation of corrective and preventive actions
-
Close collaboration with the quality department
-
Project profitability evaluations (planned vs. actual results)
-
Managing smaller-scale projects independently
-
Preparing costing documentation and supporting commercial decisions
-
Ensuring customer satisfaction and proactive issue resolution
-
Accurately translating customer requirements into internal processes and documentation
Your Profile:
-
Experience in project management, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing sector

Fluency in English ano/or German (spoken and written) – daily use required
-
Strong MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint
-
Ability to work with technical drawings, 3D models, and project documentation
-
Basic knowledge of ISO/TS, VDA standards
-
Excellent organizational and communication skills
-
Strong analytical mindset and a proactive, customer-focused approach

Independent, reliable, flexible, and able to thrive in a team environment
