Controller/Cost Estimator
For a technology-driven manufacturing company operating in the automotive and microelectronics environment, we are looking for a Controller / Cost Estimator (m/f/d). In this role, you will support management and operational teams by providing transparency on costs, profitability and investments, with a strong focus on manufacturing and project cost estimation.

Your Responsibilities
-
Participation in monthly, quarterly and annual financial closings and management reporting
-
Cost estimation and calculation for products, tools and manufacturing processes
-
Analysis and valuation of inventories, work in progress and assets under construction
-
Material and production cost controlling, including inventory management and stocktakes
-
Monitoring and controlling of investments and capital expenditures
-
Profitability analysis of business units and projects (profit center reporting)

Preparation of product costing, cost center accounting and KPIs
-
Financial controlling and commercial evaluation of projects

Preparation of budgets, forecasts and ad-hoc analyses, including recommendations for action
Your Profile
-
Several years of experience in controlling and/or cost estimation in a manufacturing environment
-
Strong understanding of industrial production processes and cost structures
-
Solid knowledge of German GAAP (HGB); SAP FI/CO experience is a plus
-
Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical mindset
-
Very good English and preferably very good German
-
Structured, independent and detail-oriented working style with strong communication skills

Open for regular travel to Germany

Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling or a comparable qualification
